Sitting in Cedar Key trying to catch up on the blog, doing the Florida Caverns now.

Chris is working away over there in his “office” and Cleo and Sassy are asleep in their perspective spots and the soap opera is on the tv.

Watching the different people walk around the park – usually to walk their dogs.

We stayed in Cedar Key for ten days!  We loved it the last time and wanted to come back!  Even better the second time around.  We had a dock right outside our door.  I enjoyed watching the tide go in and out.  It was fascinating watching the little islands of mud rise out of the water.  And teeny tiny crabs come up.

Some cool signage around town…

We went kayaking again! Have wanted to since the last time we were here!  This time was much better! We stayed in the calmer waters and saw dolphins again!  It was awesome!

Clams, clams, clams!  We had lots of clams!!! (for those of you that don’t know, Cedar Key is THE place for clams!)  And the best clam chowder ever!  Tony’s Seafood.  Yummy!

As I said before, this was our second trip to Cedar Key (and I doubt our last!)…  anyway, if you want to see more pics from this picturesque little town you can go to my earlier post under September 2014!

One last set of sunset pics to say good-bye Cedar Key until next time!
